REFFLEX® provides a flexible hose solution for CO₂ Transcritical applications.

Our reinforced DN-5.0 tube is tested and certified for CO₂ Transcritical applications up to 140 bar and 140°C.

This tube is only available as pre-fabricated hose made to specifications, as the fitting and crimp have different specifications than our standard DN-5.0 hose and fittings.

With REFFLEX®, your refigeration or heat pump system is compliant with EN378 and DIN8975 (DN-5.0) and you simplify the connection of:

• Pressure switches
• Pressure transducers
• Manometers
• Water flow controls
• Fan speed controls
• Oil separators and level regulators

REFFLEX® DN-5.0 CO₂ Transcritical hose complies with EN1736 as tested by independent Istituto Giordano. Full test report available upon request.

EN1736 certified

• Permeability: DN-5.0 Class 1 at 100°C and 130 bar
• Burst pressure: >900 bar
• Fatigue test: no damage or breakage detected at 140°C and 140 bar
• Pressure test: no damage breakage detected

Our flexible CO₂ Transcritical hose is only available as prefabricated solution as the fittings and crimp parameters are different than our standard DN-5.0 solution. Without special tools for inserting the fitting and crimping, it is not possible to fabricate our flexible CO₂ Transcritical hose.
