200689 Hydraulic crimping head for 5.0 mm
   

Separate crimping head for our
DN-5.0 mm crimping system.
 
In larger series production it might be
useful to install a hydraulic press.
 
This specially adapted crimping head
requires a pressure of 3L/min. at ~ 180 
bar.
Pre-assembly with our tool 200627/637 is
required before crimping.

Calculate length of hose to be cut as follows: Actual hose length is nominal length minus total value of of fittings applied. 
Example; required 2.0 mm hose total length 1,000 mm with straight and 90° angle fitting 7/16" UNF: length of hose to be cut off the coil equals 1,000 less (20 + 25) = 955 mm.
