For cutting the 5.0 mm (or higher) tube
you are advised to use the heavy duty

Calculate length of hose to be cut as follows: Actual hose length is nominal length minus total value of of fittings applied. 
Example; required 2.0 mm hose total length 1,000 mm with straight and 90° angle fitting 7/16" UNF: length of hose to be cut off the coil equals 1,000 less (20 + 25) = 955 mm.
