200627/200637 5.0 mm pre-assembling tool
   

 

Pre-assembling tool for our DN-5.0 mm
crimping system (200627 for 1/4" - and 
200637 for 3/8" flare fittings).
Before pressing the stainless steel
sleeve you will have to use this tool.
On doing so, you will avoid damaging
the inside of the tube and guarantee
a proper connection without leaking.
 
When the fitting is inserted with this
device you can now press the sleeve
using crimping tool 200636.

Calculate length of hose to be cut as follows: Actual hose length is nominal length minus total value of of fittings applied. 
Example; required 2.0 mm hose total length 1,000 mm with straight and 90° angle fitting 7/16" UNF: length of hose to be cut off the coil equals 1,000 less (20 + 25) = 955 mm.
